EVgo announced today that they are collaborating with Tesla to install their proprietary connector on their public charging stations nationwide. The EV charging company will install over 400 integrated Tesla connectors at existing EVgo stations with an additional 200 connectors reserved for new stations planned for 2021 in key cities. EVgo is still determined to be the glue that connects electric car drivers regardless of their preferences.
Tesla already has a partnership with charging station company and that is now being expanded.

EVgos Tesla-capable chargers will be clustered in major cities from Seattle to Miami. The plan is to add more than 600 integrated Tesla connectors in 2021 including more than 400 at the existing EVgo sites and an additional 200 at new stations scheduled for installation this year.
